The distinctive sound of this remarkable Japanese instrument aligned seamlessly with my vision for this creation — a fragrance that is delicate yet deep, resonant with quiet melancholy.

A study in contrast, it balances luminous fruity florals with deep, refined woods — where joy meets grief, love meets loss, and the memory of a lost lover lingers on the skin.

A different main oud is used in this 2nd batch, a great Crassna from Laos instead of the previous Thai material.

• Oud Khao Yai with an amazing incense/balsamic character 
• Hindi Oud, used sparingly to provide a refined contrast
• Honeysuckle Absolute vibrant and shiny
• Aglaia Flower Absolute from China, a beautifully fruity floral 
• White Rose Otto which  I consider the finest rose aroma profile
• Indian Sandalwood, a superb quality sourced from IFF/LMR
• White Ambergris tincture, adding unparalleled depth
